Desert View Motel
March 13, 2007Our Joshua Tree journey usually starts at this place, the Desert View Motel. One of those mundane, retro places that rarely exists any longer. The single level motor inn. Yeah, like that John Cusak movie, Identity . . . just, not that crazy. Plus, they have music video stations! Awesome. (I know that sounds weird, but, if you know us, you know we have no cable, therefore, no television, so that’s a treat for me, and this is an insanely long run on sentence).

First practicum for lab
March 7, 2007errrrg, biology lab. love the class, just can’t remember much. so, tonight was my first lab exam. what can i say. work gets in the way of life. there are so many more interesting things to be doing. i could get on a whole rampage about how the system is designed to keep people in debt, therefore they become slaves and never have time for school and learning and reading, therefore they remain slaves . . . rampage in under a minute! you get the idea. anyhow, some views from class and a little mitosis. cheers!
