Desert View Motel

Our Joshua Tree journey usually starts at this place, the Desert View Motel. One of those mundane, retro places that rarely exists any longer.  The single level motor inn.  Yeah, like that John Cusak movie, Identity . . . just, not that crazy.  Plus, they have music video stations! Awesome.  (I know that sounds weird, but, if you know us, you know we have no cable, therefore, no television, so that’s a treat for me, and this is an insanely long run on sentence).
