First practicum for lab

errrrg, biology lab. love the class, just can’t remember much. so, tonight was my first lab exam. what can i say. work gets in the way of life. there are so many more interesting things to be doing. i could get on a whole rampage about how the system is designed to keep people in debt, therefore they become slaves and never have time for school and learning and reading, therefore they remain slaves . . . rampage in under a minute! you get the idea. anyhow, some views from class and a little mitosis. cheers!

The Last of the Neon

I pass this market (Old Town - Placentia/Linda) every night on my way home from school. And this is very “old school”. I miss these great old fonts and Neon - remember the old Sears sign - cool everyday stuff that’s gone. Well, at least we have this market . . . gee, sounds like “California’s Gold” (a show on PBS with Huell Howser - it’s interesting and hilarious at the same time - check it out).

Going Getty

We really like this place (er, the Getty Museum). And, so, we took our tomodachi Tomoe with us on this particular day. It was beautiful (and Fffffreeezzing) but we enjoyed the grounds as well as the exibit. Cheers.
